I just felt like the prices were too high for what you actually get. Like I said, it’s not that everything was terrible, but for the cost, I expected a bit more. Like I said, it just didn’t feel worth the price to me

Found most of the trailer parts I needed. No big hassle. One item was out of stock, but it came back quick. Worked out fine. Saved me from calling around all over the place

They did show up and got the trailer taken care of, but the timing wasn’t the best. I ended up waiting longer than they told me, which was kinda frustrating. The guy who came out was nice enough, though, and the work itself was fine. I just wish they had been more on time.

Once I bought it, the support felt like it just faded away. I had a few questions and ended up waiting way longer than I expected to get any real help.
Maybe I’m assuming too much from the tone of the replies, but it really seemed like they were much more interested before the sale than after. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless they seriously improve how they take care of customers after purchase...

The trailer just felt cheaply put together from the start. The paint started chipping way too soon, the wiring looked sloppy, and it was already rattling during the first couple of trips. What made it more frustrating was the lack of any real human contact when I tried to get help or ask questions. Everything felt distant and impersonal. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

It ended up being too far away for me. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I originally thought, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

I bought the trailer online. it was mostly simple. The pages loaded fine, checkout made sense, no major headaches there. I did have to click around a bit to find some details before I paid, which was a little annoying. But overall, not bad. Just feels like it could be a bit smoother in a few spots

After I paid, I started to feel a little unsure about the whole thing. There wasn’t much I could customize, so I felt stuck with the options they gave me. It just made me feel like I trusted it too early before knowing how limited it was.

I reached out about a warranty issue a while back, maybe sometime in late May or early June, I can’t remember exactly. they barely helped. I expected a little more guidance or follow-up, but it felt like I was mostly left to figure it out myself.

It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just more back and forth than I really wanted. Everything worked out in the end, but compared to smoother transactions I’ve had, I’d say this was average...

The trailer was okay and the booking process went smoothly. Pickup took longer than I expected though. Not sure how to explain it, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t really stand out as great. Just kind of average overall.

I used this site to rent a trailer it was decent. The booking part was easy to follow, and the price I saw was the price I actually paid, which I appreciated. I did have one message take a while to get a reply, but nothing too crazy. Also, no random extra fees popped up later, which is always my main worry with rentals. Overall, it felt clear and honest.

I stopped in today and there just weren’t many options available. I also got transferred around when I tried to ask about it, which was frustrating. I just wanted a simple answer, but it felt like I kept getting passed off to someone else.

Overall, I had a good experience. The trailer was in good shape and the pickup process was really easy, which I appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them because it felt like a solid value for the price. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I had to wait a little longer than expected for replies, but everything worked out fine in the end

The trailer showed up on the day they promised, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the condition was only okay. There were some scratches along the side, a small rust spot near the hitch, and the inside was dusty. None of it is a huge deal, but when you’re spending money on something like this, you don’t want to feel like you’re already losing value before you even use it. It’s working fine so far, I just wish they had looked it over more carefully before delivering it. Three stars feels about right

I got my financing through Neighbors Trailer, and it went smoothly for the most part. I did have to send in a couple extra things, which I kind of expected but also didn’t, if that makes sense. They explained everything clearly enough, though, so it wasn’t too stressful. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but in the end it all worked out and I’m happy with how it went.

I had an issue and reached out hoping they’d help sort it, but the replies took ages and weren’t that useful when they finally came through. It kind of felt like they were just putting it off and leaving me to chase everything myself. In the end, my problem still wasn’t fixed, so yeah, frustrating overall. I don’t think I’d use them again.

I’m not sure if I just ended up with a bad one or what, but the trailer didn’t really hold up like I expected. At first it seemed fine, then after a bit I started hearing rattles and noticing a few spots that felt weaker than they should have.
I wasn’t doing anything too extreme with it, at least not in my opinion. Just regular hauling here and there, nothing that seemed like it should’ve pushed it past its limits. Still, it started feeling less solid quickly.

The sales staff at Neighbors Trailer were nice enough and they did answer my questions without trying to pressure me, which I appreciated. But it took longer than I expected to get some of the info I needed, and that was a little frustrating. I don’t think the experience was bad by any means, but it definitely could’ve been smoother. Overall, they helped me out and were pleasant to deal with, just not exactly perfect.
